Power Management via logind support

Power Management (Reboot, Shutdown, Suspend etc.) currently does not work on Arch Linux systems since Arch Linux recently dropped support for ConsoleKit, which has been unmaintained for quite some time [1].

ConsoleKit has been dropped in favor of systemd's logind [2], which btw also provides interfaces to suspend or hibernate the machine, so the upower dependency may not be required anymore for distributions which use logind.

This will become a problem on other distributions as well when they drop ConsoleKit in favor of logind. I already mentioned this problem on the forums [3].
